Cancellation Policy

At Westawk, we strive to provide the best services to support Undergraduate and Post Graduate aspirants in their journey to top business schools. Please review our cancellation policies carefully before availing our services:

  1. Application Form Cancellation:

    • Once an application form has been submitted to a business school through Westawk, it cannot be canceled. However, if a student accidentally submits the same application twice, a cancellation request may be processed for the duplicate application.
  2. Event and Westawk Lounge Cancellation:

    • Registration for events, seminars, workshops, or access to the Westawk Lounge cannot be canceled. Participation fees for these services are non-refundable.
  3. Counseling Services Cancellation:

    • Once counseling services have been booked, cancellations are not permitted. All counseling fees are non-refundable.

In the event of special circumstances, Westawk may review requests on a case-by-case basis. However, cancellations are generally not accepted except in situations explicitly mentioned in our refund policies. By using our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
